A day's tour to the most famous, the father of Surrealism, to the genius Artist's birthplace, Figueras . Very close to the Spanish borders, little less than two hours driving time to this former unknown little city , Salvador Dali decided to build his Museum like a voyage into his soul. You will be amazed by the power of his allegories and the messages given from his work. I will guide you around the Museum and explain to you the most important paintings of this weird? Artist. We will be able to visit and his second museum of jewelry where some real treasures are exposed to the public eye. On our way back we will make {optional} a coffee break in Girona, a nice medieval city , situated on half of the way back to Barcelona

Itenerary

After pick up from Hotel and little less than a two hours drive we will enter the Museum Teatro Salvador Dali where you will be guided and explained the post important work of the Artist in a very comprehensive way.
Estimated guiding time 2 hours.
Then, we will continue to the much smaller Treasury Museum of his Jewelry filled with jewelry decorated with Diamonds, Emeralds, Rubies and Pearls.
Once we are done we will visit Girona. We are going to walk through the fortified city and the Jewish quarter. We will see the Cathedral of Girona the old medieval gate, the Ramblas of Girona and the independence square.
We can have lunch either in Girona or in Figueras next to Salvador Dali's museum.
Finally we will make our way back to Barcelona.
